My intrest in native culture and my love nature gave birth to the style of my work I am self taught and began working in soap stone in my twentys.The stone itself speaks to me, it tells me what it wants to be.I just remove what does not belong.The faces are human and animal emerge from the stone,their ancient spirits speak out from the silence.
